Check-In / Check-Out Service

We charge 14% of the booking amount you receive with a minimum of € 60, 00, including changing linen and arranging house for the next guest !!

All Inclusive Service

We charge 24% of the booking amount you receive (with a minimum of € 100,00) plus cleaning fees incurred by guests. Including:
* Listings posted in many languages with professional photos and direct management of your property on airbnb.com in accordance to the criteria pre-arranged.
* Cleaning and bed service: the professional cleaning team will ensure your place is how your guests will expect.
* Check In / Check Out: warm welcome is given to guest and assessment made on leaving.
* 24/7 help available: we are continuously available at any time to help your guests.
* Feedback to you.

Optionals Services

* Cleaning service [Pricing € 30,00 with check in or check out or €40,00]: bathroom, kitchen, floor, windows, garbage
and washing laundry: every home has cleaning challenges and our cleaning team know how to win.

* Laundry service (sheets & towels) [Pricing from € 20,00 to € 40,00]: High quality sheets and towels are provided.

* Delivery service [Pricing from € 25,00]: We can pick up guests from Schiphol and/or to the airport at a competitive price.

* Sure key handover at our office [Pricing € 20,00]: A cheap and fast alternative for the check-in.
